Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which Google automatically deletes the data.

Security logs collected by Wordfence are retained for a limited period as required for security monitoring and are not used for any other purpose.

9. Your Rights

  • Right to correction: request that we correct inaccurate information
  • Right to deletion: request that we delete your personal information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. These include SSL encryption on all site connections, firewall and malware protection via Wordfence, access controls limiting who can view form submissions, and secure email transmission via Google SMTP.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.

11. International Data Transfers

This site is operated from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Canada has been recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate protection for personal data.

Some of our third-party service providers, including Google, process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where this occurs, these providers maintain appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses or participation in recognized data transfer frameworks.

12. Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us at jason@relentless-creativity.com, and we will delete it promptly.
